I have a client who is the UK High Commision Office for a commonwealth country. He would like to give Benefits in kind namely, travel and clothing allowance to his UK registered employees. He wants to purchase annual travel cards because the staff also do a lot of exhibitions and promotional activities on behalf of the Commission. Is there anyway in which he can avoid the employee suffering NI and PAYE costs on these benefits?
