best way to "move" a property

A new client consulted us about structuring his family investment in a commercial property.

Unfortunately he did this the day after he completed the purchase of the property by a previously dormant company that he and his wife own!

It would be much more appropriate for the family investments to be held by an LLP.

The property cost £500k and to sell it from the company to the LLP would mean a lot of stamp duty.

What is the most efficeint (ie cheapest) way of moving it?
