Pub Landlord, BPR Question?

Quick question,

Client run a pub, he owned freehold and traded for a few years.

Pub was not very successful, so he decided to stop trading on 28 Feb 2010.

From 1 March 2010 until date of untimely death on 15 April 2010, the pub was leased to a new landlord who had taken the pub on.

What is the BPR position?
