Bpr on unquoted shares

Bpr on unquoted shares

Didn't find your answer?

A Company Ltd is a unquoted trading company, am I correct in thinking that there is 100% BPR available on the shares of the company?

Is this true even if the trading company owns various substantial assets such as warehouses, shops, storage facilities?
If so this is hugely more beneficial than the 50% on offer for a partnership or sole trader.

Am I missing something?
