Does CA 2006 automatically apply to companies incorporated prior to it's adoption.  Specifically, to increase Authorised Share capital in a company incorporated prior to Ca 2006 required an Ordinary Resolution;  is this still the case for those companies or was the requirement removed to bring those companies into line with newly incorporated companies?
