Our year end has not been completed as yet by our Accountants, but it is being worked on.
I tried to run a PNL report for the last financial year using 'brought forward' but this only showed the details for this financial year?
Help please?!
Thank you :)

Hi, little short on detail here, so I am making some assumptions.
1) Take it you have run a year end routine
2)Take it you don't have a back up
3) Take it you mean P&L
If you meet the criteria above, its unlikely that you are going to be able to get last years P&L without rference to the accountant.
1) If you have run a back up, you could restore that and run again (don't forget to back up the current data first)
2) If you have not run a year end routine, check the date criteria when you ae running the report / setting the default dates
To be more specific, its going to depend on what software you are using.

bad news...
...using Sage you are not going to be able to get last years without restoring the backup taken pre year end routine... I assume the accountant has this?
If yes, get them to email it over to you. It should take about 10 secs!!
Steve
Just ask the accountant
He should be able to provide you with last years P&L
P.S. not everyone uses Sage - so wouldn't have a clue what you are talking about!
Report in Financials
I think there is a report in the "financials" module. Go to "Financials", "Reports", from the "Profit and Loss Reports" folder there should be a report in there titled "Profit and Loss (with prior year values)".
This report runs the current year profit & loss on the left with last year's figures on the right hand side. Whether you can see this report depends upon which version of Sage Line 50 you are using (I am using Accounts Professional so I'm nut sure which of the other versions have this).
Sage 2011
If the company data was archived prior to the year end routine being run, you should be able to open this from File, open, company archieve. This will give you last years data with out resorting to back up.
