I am looking at the budgetary processes operated in comapnies and case studies that exist in relation to real experiences of implementing such schemes and some of the pitfalls...The text books tend to promote a positive upside and not relate to the real world that well in how long these take how much they cost does it really motivate or have people stuck to their own preferences in seeing the short term pain not being worth the long term game or vice versa
Many thanks Geoff
