Cashflow manager problem

Hi all

I have a client who has cashflow manager, she has put the records onto a USB memory stick, and I'm trying to install on our system.

I keep getting the message 'run time error 91' and 'object variable or object not set'

Any ideas on how to sort, cashflow don't seem to be answering their support voicemails or emails!
