Didn't find your answer?

What are the filing time limits for a club registered under the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968.

Also where do they need to be sent to be filed?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Companies House
If you enter the name of the IPS or it's registration number in the format "IP012345" on the Companies House webcheck site it should come up. It then gives you directions to the Public Record Office at the FSA for more details.

FSA
The beloved Financial Services Authority is who you need. An Annual Return with finance info needs to be completed and I think the deadline is 9 months after the year end but check with the FSA to be sure.
