Hi

I have a limited company and due to my end of year return not been filed correctly companies house have applied for the company to be struck off.

The return is now filed correctly but can anyone tell me how i stop the company been stuck off in 3 months time.

Hi Dave,

Upon filing your annual return, Companies House will not proceed with the threatened action as the required information has been lodged. This is a threat by them rather than an action at this stage...been on the phone to Companies House a lot recently regarding the same issue.

Is this this case as they ahve allready published it in the London Gazette and how long do they take to remove it from the companies register

Give them a call....

Quote your company registration number and they will ensure any action is stopped.

there may well be a fine !

Also, make sure asap that there are no active funds in the company bank a/c or you are at risk of losing access to them if the bank decides to freeze the account.
