Company Aircraft and BIK

Company Aircraft and BIK

Didn't find your answer?

I would be grateful if anyone has any input regarding the calculation of a BIK charge on the Director.

I believe the Inspector has made an error in the calculation and hope that someone has covered this ground previously.

Client also believes that there should be some exemption for Directors of flying clubs/ Avionics companies. Has anyone got agreements in place with their Inspectors?

Why?

Why do you think the charge is wrong, and why shouldn't private use of a company asset be assessed as a benefit?

Why a tax charge is unfiar

Because if the company owned and run by the shareholders and the aircarft is used only by the shareholders and has no trade, and all shareholders remiburse the company for the costs why should there a beneficial tax charge?
