Company Formation Software

Company Formation Software

Didn't find your answer?

Does anyone know of Company Formation Software that you can buy on a license basis (say £300pa for example) that gives you the functionality to form limited companies online and same day? Company secretary maintenance would be advantageous but not essential.

Cheers.

Have a look at File Direct
We have been using them for 18 months or so. No software license charge - you just pay on usage and recharge to the client. Works extremely well for us.

Company formation services
I've used http://www.efaze.com which have numerous packages available starting from £29.95 per incorporation.

You could also consider PTP Software's Company Secretary with 1-10 companies at £99 and optional electronic filing modules available. (http://www.ptpgroup.co.uk)

Hi, Why would you want to pay
Hi, Why would you want to pay for company formation software? You should really use a web based solution. Companies House have a list of fully approved company incorporation software providers: https://www.gov.uk/company-filing-software/filing-other-information  I would recommend using our website for company formation and company secretarial stuff: https://www.formationsfactory.co.uk  It will be a lot cheaper and you will get unlimited support from us.
