Company Formations

Company Formations

Didn't find your answer?

I have a number of company formations I wish to undertake and in true DIY fashion have decided I should just do them myself. Please advise where I can get "The Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985".....? And of course, if you have some strong (and constructive) opinion as to why I shouldn't proceed in this way, I would be happy to hear from you.

Jordans is available on AccountingWEB
Martin,

You can access Jordans via our Business Management Resource area - there you will find more details on the service Jordans offer. There is a special deal available at the moment which will allow you to save £40 on the usual price of the service.

With the number of agencies etc out there doing this I don't suggest you try to join them unless you are determined and feel that you either have a special market or can add something to the basic service that will put you apart from the competition (eg coffee & cakes while they wait!)

We use Jordans online - no paper, no signatures and lightening quick, fastest so far about 4 hours.

Having said all that I can send you the 6 Tables in PDF format (about 700KB in all) for a small admin charge, but remember it's all set to change with a new companies act shortly (I hope). Need any more help etc please mail me [email protected]

Cheers
Paul
