Company purchase of overseas property

A client has a small limited (husband and wife) company and they have asked about purchasing a property in Greece through their company. The property will be registered in Greece as a commercial property. They will individually be travelling to Greece to work with on the contract they have with a Greek company. The question is, that the property has some living accommodation and rather than paying for hotel they would use the property as their base when working in Greece. How does this impact on them as directors and what if some of the time is not business?
