Contract for subcontacting clients record keeping to outside book-keepers
I have 2 or 3 clients and they require on-going book-keepin etc. I am intending to subcontract to self employed book keepers (whom I know). I will charge the client and they pay the book keeper when they produce invoice.
I'm aware of all the rules etc., re Money Laundering, PI and Data Protection.
I just need to ask if any of you have a site or whatever, where I can download a contract for employing the self employed book keepers, etc. and also a Confidentiality Form.
Any suggestions welcome.
