Cos Act 1985 : 2006 Changes to accounts

I've got my first set of audit exempt accts to prepare under Cos Act 2006.

I have the changed wording to the Balance Sheet director's declaration sorted.

However I am struggling to find reference to the changes we need to make to the Accountants Report, most especially the new sections of Cos Act 2006 which need to be quoted

Does anyone know where I can find out, short of working my way through the Act, where the following old sections are now contained:

249A(4) CA 1985
249B(1) CA 1985
