CT41G - who can sign?

CT41G - who can sign?

Didn't find your answer?

I'm trying to work out if I can sign a new client company's CT41G or whether I need the director to.
"Any person who is authorised to do so may sign on behalf of the company"

As registered agent I take that as a yes. Do you concur?

PI
are you sure your PI cover would accept you signing ? If you think it would not, then you have to ask yourself why not, and then whether it's worth the risk.

Take the Risk?
There's always a risk in signing on behalf of a company, especially if you're not an officer.
Firstly, ask yourself whether the Director would approve of your signing on his behalf?
It's worth a phone call just to check.

If he says OK, you're authorised. Just being the registered agent isn't necessarily enough. This is beyond "dealing with the company's tax affairs".
