Customer Response Management

Customer Response Management

Didn't find your answer?

Do accounting companies need to get closer to their customers? Is there a need for intellegent prospecting/profiling? Is there a requirement to co-ordinate channels of communications with client, partners and suppliers?

If anyone has requirements to maintain their customer base, to increase the number of leads and reduce costs then please contact me and we'll discuss your requirements and how CRM can help.

It comes with a warning
The warning paragraph does allow AW to remove anything "purely self promoting" so Gary knew he was probably wasting his finger tips.

And the sort of responses he will get (I hope) will deter others.

At least he put a couple of ?'s in his para's, so that it would qualify as a question, so in answer Gary - Yes.

At least this one is open about it!
It's better than the postings that masquerade as question and answer.

I can't help feeling it would have been more effective with some contact details!

Rather a leading qustion ?
The accounting web question page perhaps ought not to be clogged up with commercial offerings without obvious packaging as such - it occurs to me that many respondents devote some time to answer these questions in good faith.
