Dealing with bad debts

Latest research shows that HMRC is increasingly using winding up petitions as part of its debt collection offensive. We want to know how you manage bad debts. How big a problem are they for your organisation and how do you enforce your debts? Further, what advice can you offer businesses on dealing with bad debt?
