Direct Mailing lists - incomplete

Hello

I have just purchased a direct mailing list over the internet and paid by debit card.

However many of the addresses are incomplete, the building and house numbers are missing on many of them.

Obviously i cannot send marketing letters out with no house numbers !

Any advice on how to get my money back
