If two shareholder/directors of a company have, say, a quarterly board meeting away from the office will this be tax deductible (with no benefit in kind etc)?
E.g. they go to a restaurant for food/drink for a couple of hours in order to get away from the phone ringing/interuptions etc and discuss business strategy.
