Tax no, NIC possibly
No tax on P11Ds is accounted for on P35.
For NIC, if the benefit is in a brown box then no NIC either (employer's NIC is accounted for separately on form P11D(b)). If the benefit is in a blue box and cannot be negated in full by a S.336 expenses claim by the employee, then Class 1NIC is due on the difference, and that should go through the payroll and hence P35. (Actually worth checking, is class 1 NIC on the full amount per P11D or just the excess over the s.336 claim?)

No
The P35 has to be filed by 19th May. The P11Ds for benefits and expenses are not due until 6th July, so you probably would not know the amount of Class 1A NIC due on the benefits by 19th May. No tax is payable by the employer on a P11D anyhow.

If you are thinking of a PAYE Settlement Agreement, which can only be used for minor and irregular benefits, tax as well as Class 1B NIC is payable, but not until 19th October. Again, the figures are not included on a P35.
