E106 Bombshell?

E106 Bombshell?

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client resident in france but who still operates UK company and pays himself just below earnings threshold. For NI purposes he is credited with nominal contributions even though he is not paying NI due to earning above Lower earnings limit. He has just been told by Residency department at HMRC he has to be seen to "pay" contributions and he therefore no longer qualifies for medical cover in France as they will not issue an E106 They say this is a recent ruling by their technical department. I have not seen any reference to this has anyone else?

What has Riboflavin got to do with it?
E 106 is Riboflavin-5-Sodium Phosphate
