Excel - Office 2007 help desperately needed!

Can anyone tell me how to access the parameters of an already-named range in 2007? In previous versions it was in 'Insert/Name/Define' but this does not appear to be available in 2007! I know how to select a range and then name it in the box or name a precise range from the right mouse button, but if I want to then change the extent how the h__l do I get back in to its parameters?

Any help appreciated.
