Help! We have 2 pc's which are part of 7 pc network. These particular 2 will not print A5 in either excel or word.
If I e-mail the spreadsheet or document to another pc in the network they print fine. As far as I know they both used to work and the only difference to the system is that a new printer has been installed which is a Canon Lasershot LBP1120. Is this an MSOffice problem or a printer one? By the way all pc use XP and Office 2000. Any ideas?

Drivers?
If the paper size is not supported by the printer, then Office won't present it as an option in page setup. It's not clear if all PCs are using the same printer. If they are, then have you installed the same printer driver on each PC? If you have a print server, this should not be a problem. If you are using a print share via a PC, it is possible that you've picked up drivers from Windows on some machines and the Canon supplied drivers on others.
