We always tried to be flexible with regard to the submission of expenses. However, we now currently employ 40+ people, most of whom submit monthly expenses. This is now becoming quite a time consuming exercise, and it seems that no sooner have we cleared one batch of expenses then another batch arrives!!. Does anyone have a good working policy that they apply or indeed can recommend a software package?
