Has anyone else got a problem with FBI? Last Wednesday I found I could no longer file my client's tax returns by internet. Gateway fatal error 3000 comes up and the message please resubmit.
There is nothing wrong with the Intuit software and the helpline people keep telling me, on a daily basis, that they are working on it. Meanwhile I sit on these tax returns hoping.
Isn't that just dandy!!

I use TaxCalc Pro - and I am getting the same error.
Sounds like an IR problem to me.........
