I am filing Client's self assessments Tax Returns fine, but when I enter my Client's UTR to access the CT600 page, all I get is "Application Error". The Revenue tell me it is my computer, which seems strange as everything else works fine. I have tried this from two separate computers, one running Windows XP and the other 98 with the same result.

Oh yes, and before anyone asks the obvious, my Client's UTR shows up in my Client list on the Gateway site!

UTR No spaces
Thanks Barrie for the reply. I can't remember whether I did or not. However I have now had another try and definately entered the UTR with no spaces. Co-incidentally or not, I now get into the next page and can access my Clients Statement. However, in trying to access the CT600, I get the Welcome page and then the next page comes up as "System busy". I spent quite sometime over the next few days retrying, but still with the same result. Telephone call to the technical help line produced exactly the same result as previously. So I am still no better off.

Have you tried entering the UTR with no spaces?
