Is anyone else having difficulty trying to submit the P14 batch online on the HMRC web-site? I've been trying for 3 days and keep getting an error message, along the lines of 'the system isn't available, please try later'.
Has anyone else experienced this? I called the Helpdesk on Friday, and again this morning and they said it's an error affecting all users. I'm worried as they said if I don't make the submission by tomorrow then I will get a penalty, and it will be up to me to try to appeal it on the basis of their system not working... very frustrating.
