Fixed Asset Software

Fixed Asset Software

Didn't find your answer?

I am looking for some free or cheap software to create and maintain a fixed asset register, initially from incomplete records.

It doesn't have to be "all-singing, all-dancing" just "cheap 'n' cheerful"!!

It does need to be multi-departmental (and possibly multi-company 'though not essential as departmental structure can be designed for this) and keep depreciation/amortisation details also.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. I am particularly interested in any with good trial/evaluations available.

Our Excel based system
David
I can email you a copy of our Excel based template system if you would like to see it. It includes automated depreciation calculations, maintains a history for each item and works on the basis of user decided individual rate of depreciation for each item.

One off very reasonable cost and usable as many times as you wish. Is being used by professional practices, small businesses and a plc. Email me on [email protected] if you would like to receive a demonstration copy over the wire.

Access template
Take a look at the Asset Tracking template in MS Access (free, assuming you have Access) before you spend any money.
