forensic accountant required

Didn't find your answer?

Forensic accountant required for partnership dispute in an accountancy practice. Northwest would be an advantage,

The enagagement is for an out going partner GP who has been presented with accounts that are nonsense.

The matter is substantial.

Forensic services.
Hi Albert,

I have in the past three years, sold and purchased an accoutancy practice and am therefore aware of the pitfalls.

I have acted as an expert witness on behalf of a Claimant against a very well established practice in the North of England, helping to secure a substantial level of damages against an existing partner.

I have also represented a firm of solicitors against their accountant with the end result being that the accountant was struck off for professional negligence by the ICAEW.

I work all round the country and have substantial experience in this field.

Please contact me on [email protected] on a no obligation basis.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Zak

I would suggest . . .

Albert

I would suggest you talk to Brian Spence of Montpelier in Manchester - phone 0161 831 6453.

Background info on the firm's forensic services at

www.montpelierchartered.com/forensic.html

brief CV of Brian at

www.nifa.co.uk/cv/BrianSpence.pdf.

I know Brian through my membership of NIFA (the Network of Independent Forensic Accountants). I would offer to help you myself but I only take on cases where there is at least a suspicion of criminality.
