Gifting Unquoted Shares
I have recommended to one of my clients that she transfers some unquoted shares to her husband. However, the rules of the company state that any sale or transfer of shares must be sanctioned by all shareholders before it can be recorded in the shares registry. Getting this permission is possible, but it involves work and will take time.
Is there an faster way to get the gift legally sanctioned?
