HMRC approval and license

Further to an earlier question, I have received marketing materials from a proposer on behalf of a company named CA Tax Solutions.

The materials state that CA Tax Solutions have received 'HMRC Approval' and hold a license from HMRC which enables them to undertake capital allowances claims.

I have searched the HMRC website and cannot find anything relating to approvals or licenses, I have also worked in practice for over six years and never come across this before. Could anyone shed light on this? Is it possible to receive official approval or license from the authorities?
