HMRC Cumbernauld

Any one got any magic tricks on how to get through to payments office at cumbernauld.

You have the recorded message for a minute and a half, only to be told all operators are busy, you may want to try again, Goodbye! and the line goes dead.

I have tried for the last 3 days and need to get a refund cleared up asap.

Any ideas?
