HMRC "Fatal error messages"

HMRC "Fatal error messages"

Didn't find your answer?

Filing SA returns online I keep getting fatal error message 3000. HMRC helpline say "delete temporary internet files and cookies, restart and try again".

IRIS say its an HMRC issue.7

Still the same problem persists. Any Ideas

Submitting ITRs
I have had the same problems in the last few days submitting through Sage software. Sometimes resubmitting works otherwise I have sent in the paper returns for non-repayment cases.
Doesn't bode well for next year if HMRC is at fault!

error 3000
I was told by Sage that errror 3000 probably indicates too many of HMRC lines being used simultaneously and I have always been successful trying again a little later
