HMRC Filing Problem

HMRC Filing Problem

Didn't find your answer?

Don't know if anyone can help on this one.  Trying without success to file CT600 form using the HMRC website.  I'm using Adobe 9.4 (recommended is at least 9.2) but when I reach the submit page the thing just hangs.  HMRC people are certain it's my Adobe settings that are the problem so won't escalate it but I know I have 9.4!  I use Mozilla Firefox to connect to the internet but not sure if that would have an effect.  It's driving me mad and no resolution in sight.  Any advice gratefully received.

It's worked

Haway!!  Tried it again and after just leaving it for a while it actually submitted successfully.  I take back all I was thinking about HMRC and their software and their helpdesk.  It's all wonderful.

A related question

to the OP, as you have been through it.  I am currently entering data on the into the CT600 pdf with a view to using it to both file the accounts to CH and submit the tax return for a small company.  Does it make you submit the accounts before you enter the Computations and CT600 data?  By the look of the menu at the side that may be the case, but I would prefer to make sure all 3 sections tally properly before submitting anything.
