I am a one man band operating from home via a virtual office. I want to offer company secretarial services to my clients but the the virtual office tell me they are not allowed to accept mail for non-resident companies. Has anybody got any suggestions?
Thanks,
Andrew

Same here, I use Regus but they allow me to use it for my own RO.
You could use your home address but it wouldn't give the right impression.
All of my clients use their own trading addresses, but you can use a nominee RO service with a mail forwarding facility for £50 pa, which you could recharge back to your client?
I've had that problem too
Hi Andrew,
I'm in the same situation as you.
It's compounded by the virtual office refusing to act as my company's registered office address, never mind that of my future clients as well. So I've had to go into practice as a sole trader instead.
I do plan to offer company secretarial services to my clients, but won't be able to act as their registered office address.
If there's another local business nearby whom you trust - perhaps one of your clients, or a former colleague - you could have mail sent care of there? Or is that not a good idea?
