How do I print pivot table Pages automatically?

How do I print pivot table Pages automatically?

Didn't find your answer?

I have a pivot table with a page field set up. I would like to be able to print a version of the pivot table for each page field at the press of a button.

Not ideal
Thanks, that does work.

However, it is not ideal. The file is for many users (some more proficient than others). Showing page fields, then printing, then having to detail the worksheets, is a little messy for some people.

Any better ideas

Show Pages
The way I know it to 'right-click' the mouse button over the pivot table and then click show pages, then choose the field where you wish to show each value as a seperate page and click OK. Excel splits out the values in the page field into seperate worksheets, you can then print out the entire workbook.

Show Pages is difficult to find in Office XP
Note that for some reason the "Show Pages" option has been taken off the main pivot table menu in Office XP and is difficult to find.

It's only available in the Menu bar. Display the menu bar. At the left click on the "Pivot table" menu. Show Pages is right at the bottom of the menu.
