How to get a proper response from Sage

To cut a long story short, I joined and then cancelled Sage Accountants Club for a variety of poor service issues at their end. Invoice issued to wrong company name at my address, no programmes ever received, bills, demands and threats even though I originally paid by credit card - the usual stuff that sadly seems quite common.

I finally spoke to human beings who confirmed that my membership had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. I have that in two emails from a Sage sales manager and from the accounts department.

Fast forward several weeks and still no refund has been made. Telephone calls prove fruitless, emails aren't answered. Has anyone got any contact names, telephone number or email address of anyone within Sage that can get this sorted out without me having to take them to the small claims court to force them to repay the amount they have promised to pay?
