Not for opportunities section as role currently not available as yet but in due course I wish to expand my one man practice and will be looking for qualified full time help.
I know that it depends on location and other factors but to give me something to think about what should I be looking to pay?
I would rather not ask this question of agencies as they will have their own agenda.
Based in Essex / Herts border.
Thank you.

AIA salary
Can someone tell me how much salary should the following member of AIA, an RQB qualification get ? :-
1) AIA member admitted via IFA direct
2) AIA member admitted via CPA direct
3) AIA member admitted via ACCA direct
4) AIA member passed final four papers, exempted module A to E via the diploma in accountancy awarded by a college in Petaling Street , Kuala Lumpur
5) AIA member admitted via the ACEA direct
6) AIA member admitted as a result of merger of ICompA and AIA in 2003
£30-£36K
Speaking as a qualified working in Epsom, Surrey, I would expect between £30-£36K depending on experience.
Have you looked at the ACCA website, they have salary surveys from Robert Half and Reed which give a fair indication of salaries.
Don't forget to include CPD as part of your package, its one thing I look for.
