ICPA Insurance

Just moved to ICPA and taken their insurance of course. Just noticed that it says "no retroactive cover". When I have had PI insurance before, it has always refered back to when I started in practise.

Is this leaving me open to potential problems?

Of course I will ask ICPA, but wanted opinions from "outside" as it were.
