incorporation vs non incorporation

incorporation vs non incorporation

Didn't find your answer?

I have been searching around for a software which can help me to do calculations before a decision can be made whether to incorporate a business or not?

The proift figure could be from 10K to unlimited upper amount. I have tried PTP's and Finansol softwares but I find these do not give you the calculation in a manner that can be easily explained to a client.

Can you help?

Recommendation of Tax Tips & Tools
From the firm's website:-

"The 2020 Membership Group is a voluntary membership organisation that addresses the needs of progressive accountancy and tax consulting firms. The group has more than 1,300 members ranging from sole practitioners to very large firms.

The 2020 Membership Group was established over eight years ago specifically to provide go-ahead firms with superior marketing, management and strategy tools. We recognised that historic compliance based services were likely to be “no-growth” or “low-growth” areas and that progressive firms would need new tools and ideas to implement new value-added services. "

So to reiterate, I do not profit from my recommendation nor have I been asked by anyone from 2020 to recommend it. I hope this clarifies matters.
