A recently widowed lady with three children now wishes to mitigate any inheritance tax which may become due on her estate when she passes away.
She wishes to know practical steps she should be taking now to avoid hefty tax being levied on her death.
Can someone perhaps advise her options, obviously she should take professional advice.
Thanks for any assistance.

The answer ...
is in the question - seek professional advice!
There is not nearly enough information in the question to even begin suggesting options. But here's one for starters - Deed of Variation?
