Can anyone suggest a suitable integrated UK payroll package.
We need the payroll software to be fully integrated with an accounting software system i.e. when a payslip is generated we need a client invoice to be generated automatically. This software is required for a recruitment agency with temporary employees.

Integrated UK Payroll
The BBS400 payroll on www.bitterncomputing.com is a multi site payroll used mainly in the Facilities Management type of operation and has complementary modules ie Contract Costing which may be of interest to you.

Have you tried Sage Job Costing?
You might give Sage Job Costing a look, it would let you create invoices directly from your payroll details

Temp Payroll/Billing
Tempaid by Oxford Software is probably your best bet in the sense that it will process timesheets,run temp payroll and has an integrated sales ledger from which you can bill clients - all in one go. However, the integration effectively ends there as despite so-called links to Nominal for certain accounting suites - in reality your back to keying journals to bring your main system up to speed. We have used this product for more than 10 years and would recommend it. If others out there know of an "off-the-shelf" product that will fully integrate with a modern 32-bit accounting system (and does'nt cost an arm and a leg !) - I would be interested to hear of it.
