Internet filing - Moneysoft Payroll

Didn't find your answer?

I am about to file a p35 form electronically from Moneysoft Payroll.

Do you need to 'sign' the form, and if so how do you enter the details?

Could you also send a paper copy of the form just to make sure?

There are only 4 employees

Thanks in advance,
Tom

Filing for clients
I get clients to sign the p35 before I file electronically, and I keep the signed copy on my file.

Do not send paper
If you file online do not send a paper copy otherwise you lose your incentive payment. As only you should be able to enter paye data for your company (via log on details etc.) there is no need to sign anything, My suggestion is you check carefully your return is correct using the printout, go away and have a cup of tea, check again when your mind is clear, then file.

Signing electonic P 35
You can print out the P35 before submission. So print it get the appropriate person to sign it and keep the signed copy. Submit electronically.
This will cover the REvenue's requirement that it should be signed.
