I submitted a return mid May which is not showing as received on client's account. After speaking to the technical department it seems that they 'are aware' that there is a problem (generally, not just with mine!) but cannot give any figures or time scales for fixing it. They can only say that the return is being held securely, but the tax office cannot access it.
Unfortunately this particular client is due a repayment and is in need of the money, but I can give him no indication of when this might happen.
