For a few of our clients we have experienced an issue where recovering the pre finalise data takes the data file back to the previous tax year, typically finalise month 11 calculate month 12.
The IRIS website is as helpful as ever and states that improvements have been made to the software in version 5.5.2 to avoid this issue but it is still a problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?
