IRIS Paymaster - compensation
We are a small firm of five staff and this debacle has cost us £5000 in lost time and third party IT support fees. In addition we have, today, had a client leave because of the payroll issues!!
I have had a an offer of compensation from IRIS, (about £1200), which, although I'm surprised they offered it, does not come close to compensating for the hassle that their blundering has caused. The fee that we have lost, is lost forever and could be extrapolated to a loss of tens of thousands of pounds.
Thoughts? Has anyone else experienced client fall-out as a result of the paymaster problems?
