iXBRL CT600 and IBAs

Where does one enter industrial buildings allowance using HMRC's iXBRL CT600 form downloaded from their website? I cannot file because of this and I seem to have the same problem using a commercial software. Does HMRC form not cater for this as IBAs only being phased out after 31.3.2011?
