Late P35

Late P35

Didn't find your answer?

I am filing a late P35 for a client...

There were no salaries paid, but there were deductions on CIS25's.

Presumably then, no penalty?

Is there any advantage to filing on-line? i.e is £250 incentive available in these circumstances?

As HMRC don't appear to be able to access P35's filed on-line yet, is the refund due to my client likely to be more quickly deadlt with if a manual P35 is sent in (I appreciate that the CIS forms need to be completed manually anyway).

Further info
I should have said that there are deductions from the company,s income as it is a CIS4 holder and also it holds back CIS tax from it CIS4 subcontractors. Overall there is a refund due.
